A great mix of lean protein and healthful greens. We thinly slice our chicken and cook it rapidly for maximum flavor and health. The Choo Choo plate is served with our signature greens and steamed rice.

Because of our commitment to serving fresh produce, the day’s greens vary. Possible choices are bok choy, mustard leaf, chrysanthemum stem, Taiwan spinach, sweet Napa cabbage. Our greens are selected for flavor, but also for maximum health benefits. Greens are a key part of an anti-oxidant focused, anti-inflammatory diet. All of our greens are high in vitamins A, C, and K, but each own has its own superpower.

Bok choy – With over 70 antioxidant phenolic substances, bok choy is a great source of antioxidants, zinc, and manganese. The phytonutrient antioxidants in bok choy helps your body to lower the risk of excessive inflammation.

Mustard Leaf – Steamed mustard leaf has shown in scientific studies to bind with bile acids in the digestive tract, resulting in lower cholesterol levels.

Chrysanthemum Stem – These greens are rich in carotene, flavonoids, potassium and chlorogenic acid. Chlorogenic acid slows the release of glucose into the bloodstream after a meal, making it an excellent weight loss nutrient.

Taiwan Spinach – This spinach variety provides all the health benefits of traditional spinach without the metallic aftertaste. Chock full of vitamins and minerals, it is also a good source of folate, which is recommended for all pregnant women.

Sweet Napa Cabbage – Full of fiber and low in calories, Napa cabbage high in antioxidant plant compounds such as carotenes, lutein, and indole-3-carbinol, which has shown evidence of preventing cancer in early scientific studies.

The first step to building your meal is choosing from our delicious (and healthy!) veggies. Choose from Shang Hai Bok Choy, Baby Bok Choy, Mustard Green (Sheli Hon), Yu Choy Sum, Long Bok Choy, Chineses Broccoli or White Turnips.

After you’ve chosen your veggies, it’s time to pick your protein. We have three choices or beef, chicken or pork that you can’t go wrong with!

The carbs are the base of your meal, so we’ve provided you with three delicious options to choose from. Whether you choose white rice, brown rice, or noodles your tastebuds will thank you.

The last step to building your meal is choosing your beverage. We have two healthy options, bottled water or our home made Bok Choy Juice.
